Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using or obtaining any materials, information, products or services through ispe.org.au

By accessing ispe.org.au and/or by purchasing any of our products, you agree to accept, without limitation or qualification, all of the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

You may only use the Website if you are at least 18 years of age (our site is not available for use by minors) and can have the authority to enter into binding contracts on behalf of yourself or an organisation.

You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information.

You will be financially accountable for all uses of the Website by you and anyone using your password and login information.

You may only use the Website to make legitimate purchases. You may not use the Website: to make any false, fraudulent or speculative purchase; or otherwise violate any law; or for any other purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions.

We may, at any time and without advance notice or liability, terminate or restrict your access to all or any component of the Website.

General Terms and Conditions

ispe.org.au (the "Website") offers event bookings (collectively the "Events") and information on Pharmaceutical engineering (collectively the "Information").

The Events and Information are owned by the International Society For Pharmaceutical Engineering (Australasian Division) Limited (ABN: 86077270912), referred to as "We" or "Us" in these terms and conditions.

Access to and use of the Website is subject to any specific terms and conditions set forth on the individual pages within the Website and these Terms and Conditions (collectively, the "Terms"), and all applicable laws and regulations, including laws and regulations governing copyright and trademark.

We reserve the right at any time to change any of the Terms contained herein or any information contained in the Website without prior notice. Any such changes will appear on the individual pages of the Website and/or on this screen.

By using the Website, you agree in advance to accept any such changes. If a court finds any of the Terms to be unenforceable or invalid, the unenforceable or invalid Term will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and the other Terms will remain valid and enforceable. The Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the items made a part of these Terms by reference, make up the entire agreement between us relating to your use of the Website and the Products, and replaces any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding your use of the Website and/or Products.

Event Prices, dates, locations

Details of each event are available on this website . Prices do not include GST, but GST will be added during the checkout process. Training dates and locations are subject to change without notice. Registered attendees will be notified of any changes. We reserve the right to cancel any training session at its sole discretion, whereupon all registration fees will be refunded. We will not be responsible for airfare penalties or other costs incurred due to a cancellation.

 

Event Cancellation and Refund Policy

If the attendee cannot attend an event

 

To re schedule or cancel a booking, please notify us with 5 full working days notice, prior to the commencement of the course. A $100 cancellation fee applies for each registered attendee Should we receive less than 5 full working days notice, the course costs will be charged. Cancellation is required in writing via fax, post or email. If a registered attendee does not cancel and fails to attend, neither a refund or voucher will be issued. Registrants are responsible for cancelling their own hotel reservations.

 

We reserves the right to alter the venue, if necessary. We are happy to accept substitution prior to the commencement of the course. Substitutions must have knowledge at the appropriate level.

 

If we cancel an event

If we cancel an event then all registration fees will be refunded within 4 weeks of the cancellation notification. We will not be responsible for airfare penalties or other costs incurred due to a cancellation.

Event bookings

 

a) Payment Options: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express

b) Currency: All our prices are in Australian Dollars, and you will be charged in that currency. Your credit card issuing bank may use a different exchange rate and add conversion fees which could result in an actual cost to you that is different from the amount displayed on our website.

c) Booking confirmation: The tax invoice emailed to you and presented at the end of the transaction is your confirmation of a booked place at the event.

Guarantees & warranty

Your use of the Website, Products and/or Information is at your own risk.

The Website contains information, facts and opinions from various individuals and organizations.

The Website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties which are imposed by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under the laws applicable to this agreement.

We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any content on our Website. The content on our Website is general in nature and correct to the best of our knowledge. However, the content on our Website should not be understood as advice.

The content on our Website may or may not be useful information for you or your company because every situation, individual, company and auditor is different.

We explicitly give no guarantee or warranty whatsoever on our Website, its usability, completeness or compliance with or any other standard or requirement.

Liability

By accessing our Website and/or by booking a place at an event you agree to hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, and damages (including attorneys' fees) resulting from your attendance at an event, your use of our Website, Information and the content of any Products and the Website.

Neither the International Society For Pharmaceutical Engineering (Australasian Division) Limited nor any of our subsidiaries, divisions, licensees, affiliates, agents, representatives or licensors shall be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or similar damages arising out of your access or use of, or your inability to access or use, the Website, the Information, an Event, a Product, or any materials, opinions or recommendations of third parties on the Website.

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, our liability in such jurisdictions shall be limited to the extent permitted by law.
